As your coach, I will enable you to find your own potential and achieve the change you are looking for through connection and reframing. Whether you are looking to achieve a specific goal, overcome emotional difficulties, such as anxiety or depression or overcome a phobia my methods can help you.

The approaches I use are person centred, don’t require you to spend hours talking and re-living the past and allow you to take the lead role in your personal improvement journey.

It’s a complex world we live in that makes many demands of us... sometimes we just need to step back, reconnect and reframe in order to thrive.

I’m Suzanne, an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programmes) coach, teacher, trainer and supervisor. I have worked in many fields, with many different people, travelled all over the world and had many ups and downs. I’ve definitely never done things in the order we believe we are supposed to such as not being interested in university in my teens and then training to be a teacher at Cambridge University in my thirties!

Life can be messy and we are not always sure what we want, which direction to go in and how to manage some of our feelings or anxieties. I can help and I’m looking forward to working with you.

… is generally about workplace issues: the demands of a new role, leading a team or working with colleagues, delivering challenging targets, managing an increased workload or high-pressure periods, getting promoted, dealing with the politics.


In reality the boundaries between life and executive coaching can blur, and you can move between topics. Whatever your focus and priorities, you can be confident I have a wealth of strategies and approaches to guide you.

Coaching is not always about a problem or concern. More positively it helps you achieve those things that really matter to you, so that you are living your values, paying attention to your aspirations, and turning dreams into realities.

You will experience structured time to think, help to define and set goals and practical support to achieve them. Whilst paying attention to what is going on for you now, our focus will be on looking ahead and moving forward, realistically, practically and aspirationally.

FAQs

Life coaching is a one-to-one confidential relationship led by your needs – you decide what you want to talk about, work on and change. Sessions can last up to 90 minutes. We work on the belief that the mind which holds the problem also holds the solution. As a good life coach, I will listen, ask questions that may gently challenge and use coaching tools to help you think differently and bring about the change or peace you are seeking.

Life coaching can help when you want to improve aspects of your life, have a problem or issue you want to solve, or you want to do things differently. Coaching will help you consider what you want from life and who you want to be, rather than just being. It offers change in a lasting and sustained way.

Counselling and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) help us gain a conscious understanding of the problem initially by talking through the detail with a practitioner. NLP does not require you to talk through the finer detail of your experiences for it to be successful. NLP needs you to be open to, and want to, change. This change can come about without having to talk at length about your experiences. You need to be able to access your feelings and memories around these experiences, but they do not have to be verbalised.

The therapy can take place at my coaching room, over the internet or at your home. Whichever is the most suited to yourself.

My aim is to get you to where you want to be as quickly as possible. Everyone is different and responds differently to different therapies. Normally between 1-4 sessions is advised, but some people may only require one session. This is heavily dependent on what we are working on.

Yes – I am covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. I hold an up to date DBS check, which can be seen on request.
